| Instructions |
| Wash and scrub both potatoes and carrots. Peel if desired. |
| Chop potatoes and carrots into roughly 1" pieces and cook. If using the Instant Pot, use 5 minutes with natural pressure release. |
| Drain water and set aside. |
| Add cooked potatoes and carrots to blender. |
| Add 1/2 cup of the cooking water to blender. |
| Blend on high until potatoes and carrots are well blended. |
| Add rest of ingredients to blender. |
| Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed until desired consistency is achieved. |
