Instructions
Wash and scrub both potatoes and carrots. Peel if desired.
Chop potatoes and carrots into roughly 1" pieces and cook. If using the Instant Pot, use 5 minutes with natural pressure release.
Drain water and set aside.
Add cooked potatoes and carrots to blender.
Add 1/2 cup of the cooking water to blender.
Blend on high until potatoes and carrots are well blended.
Add rest of ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed until desired consistency is achieved.

Notes
Note: Dry ingredients can be mixed together ahead of time to save time.
