| Instructions |
| Preheat oven to 400 F. |
| Add baking powder to flour and mix. |
| Slowly add water and mix. |
| Mix dough and then start kneading it until all the flour is incorporated. |
| Divide dough into two equal pieces. Roll out dough into a circular shape until flat. Try and get the dough as thin as possible. |
| Mix tomato paste with water and spices. |
| Add tomato paste mixture to each half of the dough. |
| Add cooked potatoes as well as any other already cooked vegetables you are using. |
| Fold over the dough and pinch together the ends, twisting the dough to make a good seal. Think like a giant perogy. |
| Line baking sheet with a Silpat (or parchment paper). |
| Place pasties onto baking sheet and cook for 16 minutes. |
