Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Add baking powder to flour and mix.
Slowly add water and mix.
Mix dough and then start kneading it until all the flour is incorporated.
Divide dough into two equal pieces. Roll out dough into a circular shape until flat. Try and get the dough as thin as possible.
Mix brown sugar, applesauce, and cinnamon and then spread to each half of dough.
Add cut up apple chunks.
Fold over the dough and pinch together the ends, twisting the dough to make a good seal. Think like a giant perogy.
Line baking sheet with a Silpat (or parchment paper).
Place pasties onto baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
