Instructions
Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl, whipping to combine.
Add food coloring, if desired, and slather icing onto cupcakes. Add garnishes while the icing is still wet to ensure they stick.

Notes
Note: Add more non-dairy milk for a thinner icing or more sugar for a thicker icing.

Variation
Peppermint Icing - Substitute the vanilla extract with peppermint extract.
