| Instructions |
| Mix breadcrumbs with spices. |
| Slice onion into ring shapes. Cut them so they are around 3/4" thick. |
| Line baking sheet with Silpat (or parchment paper). |
| Preheat oven to 450 F. |
| Use a whisk to mix the flour and nutritional yeast in a large bowl. Then add water and whisk until smooth. |
| Put several onion rings into the batter. Use spatula to mix and coat them. |
| Dip the coated onion rings in the bread crumb mixture to get them nicely coated. |
| Spread the onion rings out evenly on baking sheet. |
| Repeat process until all onion rings have been battered, breaded, and placed on baking sheet. |
| Bake for 25 minutes or until they are crispy and browned. |
| Enjoy by dipping in your favorite ketchup, bbq sauce, or whatever sauce you prefer. |
