Instructions
Cut carrots to the size of buns/bread you are using.
Cook carrots until they are fork tender (not mushy, but not crunchy either).
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl to make the marinade.
Marinate cooked carrots for at least 4 hours (24 hours if possible) in the refrigerator. Rotate halfway through if possible.
Cook on a grill at 400 F for 3-5 minutes per side.
Add to bun/bread and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
