Instructions
Set 1/2 the fruit aside.
Place water, dates, and 1/2 the fruit into food processor or blender and blend until dates are broken up.
Scrape down the sides if necessary.
Add remaining fruit and chia seeds.
Pulse on low until desired consistency is achieved.
Allow to cool in the fridge before using as it will thicken.

Notes
  • Use whatever fruit you like or even mix different fruits.
  • Add pure maple syrup if added sweetness is desired.
  • The jam will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
