| Instructions |
| Rinse and drain lentils. |
| Place the lentils, water and chopped onion in the Instant Pot. |
| Choose the Manual setting and set timer for 7 minutes. Use natural pressure release. |
| Add bbq sauce to lentils. |
| Press Saute on the Instant Pot, then press the adjust button to Less. Simmer until sauce begins to thicken to desired consistency. |
