Instructions
Add water to bread pan.
Add sugar, salt, then flour to bread pan.
Form an indent into the flour where the yeast will sit. Note: Don't let the yeast come in contact with the water.
Add yeast into the indent.
Snap the baking pan into bread maker and close lid.
Press the "Menu Select" button and choose the Whole Wheat setting.
Press the "Loaf Size" button and choose 2 lb size.
Press the "Crust Color" button and choose option you would like.
Press the "Start/Stop" button.
When finished, allow to cool for 45 minutes before slicing.

Notes
If you want to try replacing the sugar, I have had success blending the water with 1/4 cup dates (45 g).
