Instructions |
Add water to bread pan. |
Add sugar, salt, then flour to bread pan. |
Form an indent into the flour where the yeast will sit. Note: Don't let the yeast come in contact with the water. |
Add yeast into the indent. |
Snap the baking pan into bread maker and close lid. |
Press the "Menu Select" button and choose the Whole Wheat setting. |
Press the "Loaf Size" button and choose 2 lb size. |
Press the "Crust Color" button and choose option you would like. |
Press the "Start/Stop" button. |
When finished, allow to cool for 45 minutes before slicing. |
