Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Add the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Tamper will most likely be required.
Scoop into your loaf pan and smooth out the top, pressing down firmly to ensure no gaps. The batter will be very thick.
Bake for 20 minutes and remove from the oven.
Let cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then lift out, using the parchment paper and transfer to a cooling rack.
Let cool for AT LEAST 20 minutes before slicing. The longer it sits, the more the brownies will set, making them easier to slice.
Enjoy warm or for best results place in a refrigerator overnight.
