| Instructions |
| Add water to bread pan. |
| Add sugar, salt, then flour to bread pan. If you don't have gluten flour, then just use more whole wheat flour. |
| Form an indent into the flour where the yeast will sit. Note: Don't let the yeast come in contact with the water. |
| Add yeast into the indent. |
| Snap the baking pan into bread maker and close lid. |
| Press the "Menu Select" button and choose the Dough setting. |
| Press the "Start/Stop" button. |
| When finished, separate dough into 8 equal sized pieces. Hand roll them into a ball and then press into a silicone muffin liner. |
| Place into an unheated oven and let rise for an hour. |
| Set the oven at 400 F and bake for 20 minutes. |
