Instructions
Add water to bread pan.
Add sugar, salt, then flour to bread pan. If you don't have gluten flour, then just use more whole wheat flour.
Form an indent into the flour where the yeast will sit. Note: Don't let the yeast come in contact with the water.
Add yeast into the indent.
Snap the baking pan into bread maker and close lid.
Press the "Menu Select" button and choose the Dough setting.
Press the "Start/Stop" button.
When finished, separate dough into 8 equal sized pieces. Hand roll them into a ball and then press into a silicone muffin liner.
Place into an unheated oven and let rise for an hour.
Set the oven at 400 F and bake for 20 minutes.
