Instructions
Cut cauliflower into florets (bite-sized pieces).
Line baking sheet with Silpat (or parchment paper).
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Use a whisk to mix the flour and nutritional yeast in a large bowl. Then add non-dairy milk and whisk until smooth.
Mix breadcrumbs with spices.
Put several florets into the batter. Use spatula to mix and coat them.
Dip the coated florets around in the bread crumb mixture to get them nicely coated. Use a large ziploc bag if desired (think shake and bake).
Spread the florets out evenly on baking sheet.
Repeat process until all florets have been battered, breaded, and placed on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until they are crispy and browned.
Enjoy by dipping in your favorite bbq sauce or whatever sauce you prefer.
