| Instructions |
| Preheat oven to 375 F. |
| Wash sweet potatoes and cut into fries, enough to cover a long baking tray. |
| Put fries into a bowl and mix with the spices so everything is coated. The spices will stick to the potatoes since they are a bit wet inside and starchy. |
| Spread fries on baking sheet covered with a Silpat (or parchment paper). |
| Bake for 30 minutes or until browned a bit. |

| Cut the potatoes thinner for more crisp fries. If you like spicy, add 2-3 dashes of cayenne pepper. |
