Instructions
Pour warm water in bowl. Add sugar and active dry yeast. Stir quickly to combine and let sit for 5 minutes uncovered or until yeast blooms.
Add salt and whole wheat flour. Keep mixing until it thickens and then use your hands to knead it into a ball.
Cut dough ball into equal portions and then roll each ball into the shape of a bun or breadstick.
Place in a covered container for a couple of hours before baking to allow them to rise. I just put them in the unheated oven and let them rise there.
Cook for 15 minutes at 400 F and remove from oven.
Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes
Heat water to 90F-110F.
